Cut refrigerator biscuit rounds into halves. Heat ??? inch canola
oil in nonstick pan. When oil is hot, CAREFULLY drop in dough
pieces. Cook until brown on sides.
Put a tablespoon of butter into a dish that can be covered or
a ziplock bag. Place 4-5 pieces of cooked dough at a time in with
the butter; shake until dough is mostly coated with butter. Transfer
dough pieces to another container in which you have mixed sugar
and cinnamon. Shake until cough is coated. Remove dough pieces
to a plate.
